The subject of the order is the provision of administrative and economic services for social facilities administered by the Krakow Branch of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in the following towns: Krynica Górska, Muszyna Złockie, Zawoja Mosorne, Zakopane, Witów, Sromowce Niżne, Krościenko n/Dunajcem. The order includes in particular: - administrative service of the facilities; - maintaining cleanliness in social facilities; - cutting, chopping and stacking wood for the grill; - maintaining cleanliness on the property around the buildings; - operation of heating devices for social facilities; - replacement and washing of bedding, curtains, tablecloths, bedspreads, etc.; - ordering inspections of the technical condition of social facilities; - performing minor repairs and troubleshooting; - securing the entrusted property. The condition for participating in the tender is a mandatory on-site visit before submitting the offer in order to personally assess the scope of the subject of the contract and eliminate any doubts and ambiguities when estimating the offers. Information obtained during a site inspection of the area where the services are to be performed is one of the elements that the contractor should take into account when assessing the risk associated with the implementation of the contract. The Contractor will become familiar with the scope of the subject of the order in detail during the visit, only in the presence of the Ordering Partys representative. The Ordering Party sets two dates for the on-site visit - to be chosen by the Contractor (the first one on May 26-27, 2026, the second one on June 9-10, 2026). The Ordering Party does not provide means of transport. The first day of the on-site visit begins at 9:00 a.m. in front of the entrance to the building in Zawoja, 34-223 Zawoja Mosorne 2885, then travel to Witów, Zakopane, Krościenko and Sromowiec. The second day of the on-site visit begins at 9:30 in front of the entrance to the building in Muszyna, 33-370 Muszyna Złockie, Złockie 1A, then travel to Krynica. Each contractor should notify the ordering party of its willingness to carry out an on-site inspection at least one day before the inspection date in writing via the eb2b purchasing platform. If the Contractor fails to participate in the on-site visit, it will be impossible to submit a valid offer.
