Framework Agreement for the provision of services for the repair and maintenance of IT equipment (computers, laptops, UPS, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, etc.) from the premises of the Court of Auditors of Romania in Bucharest Default lot
The contract is subject to the provision of on-demand intervention repair services for IT equipment (desktops, laptops and UPSs, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, etc.) in the Bucharest premises of the Court of Auditors of Romania. The technical specifications requested by the contracting authority are contained in the task book. The public procurement procedure will be completed by concluding a framework agreement for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months, without resuming competition, with economic operators whose admissible offers have been declared to be eligible following the three places in the first ranking, in the application of the criterion of the lowest price allocation in the case where is not the lowst.there are three admissible tenders, the Framework Agreement shall be signed only with those economic operators whose tenders are declared admisible. During the term of the Framework agreement, it is estimated that a minimum of 3 (three) and a maximum of 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded, depending on the needs of the contracting authority. The duration of subsequent agreements shall be at least 1 (one) month, a maximum 12 (twelve) months. The allocation of subsequently concluded contracts shall be made according to the needs and budgetary funds allocated to this purpose.
