The following is the background: the future urban development will require greater action in the inner city area, in particular because the formation of a functioning city centre has been difficult in the past due to its proximity to Berlin and the urban planning framework; the establishment of the A-10 Centre has also created ongoing disruptions to inner city retail, which will make it more difficult to qualify inner city functions in a sustainable way; the objective is to qualifying and further strengthen the centre of Wüsterhausen as a centre in the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan area; in particular, to strengthen the strengthening of the inner-city functioning of the city centre.The Commission has decided to adopt a decision on the application of the measures to be taken to ensure that the public sector is able to participate in the implementation of the Communitys internal market, in particular in the areas of urban development, urban development and housing, the qualification of roads and transport and the development of public space.The following aspects will be taken into account: - Process taxation tasks - organisation and voting - financing and funding management - support procedures, reporting, preparation of aid applications, settlement, completion of the overall measures - preparation, monitoring and implementation of measures and consultancy - Public relationsThe contract is based on the remuneration of hourly rates per hour of work. The duration of the services is limited to the duration for the overall urban development measure.
