Contract Description
The subject of procurement is the technological maintenance of previously acquired Oracle licenses (based on the CSI number), in accordance with the needs of the user. Pursuant to Article 161, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act 2016, the user will invite all eligible bidders who have access to the dynamic procurement system to submit a bid for each separate procurement within the system in accordance with Article 144 of the Public Procurement Act 2016.
