Czechia – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Framework agreement for project work for small orders of PK constructions according to RED BOOK and YELLOW BOOK 2025

The subject of the Framework Agreement will be the awarding of partial public contracts for the implementation of specific project works for small contracts for construction of roadways implemented according to the RED BOOK and YELLOW BOOK contractual conditions, including accessories (e.g. lighting, noise barriers, etc.), including the performance of engineering activities, property rights activities, copyright supervision and technical assistance to the Customer, according to the current needs of the Customer. The framework agreement will primarily be intended for the awarding of partial public contracts for project work for investment buildings, not for building repairs.
