Successive supply of dressings and surgical drapes Part 2
1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of dressings and surgical covers in the assortment and quantities specified in Annex No. 2 to the IDW - Assortment and Price Form. 2. The quantities of the subject of the contract specified in the annex to the contract are estimated quantities and may change depending on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority. 3. The offered subject of the contract must be authorised for marketing and use as a medical device - applies only to medical devices. By medical devices constituting the subject of the contract, one should understand medical devices within the meaning of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices. The offered medical devices must be authorised for marketing and use on the territory of Poland on the terms specified in the Act on medical devices.
