Contract Description
Creation of a separation geometric plan for plots of land plot no. 5037/1, plot no. 5037/6 and plot no. 5038 in the administrative district of Žabovřeska, which are owned by the Roman Catholic parish near the church of St. Vavřince on LV No. 920. On parts of the land in the permanent occupation of the RK construction "Jundrovský most - reconstruction" ORG 1961, there will be a public green area and a cycle path including an embankment owned by the statutory city of Brno. According to the project documentation, the permanent occupation is indicated for plots No. 5037/1 with an area of 147 m2, No. 5037/6 with an area of 4 m2 and No. 5038 with an area of 33 m2. The remaining parts of the land will remain in the ownership of the Roman Catholic parish near the church of St. Lawrence.
