Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the comprehensive reconstruction of the balconies, which have been leaking for a long time, the replacement of windows including parapets, the repair of the facade and the execution of a new facade coating on the front of the building. The building is part of the Karlovy Vary city monument reserve. A prerequisite is close cooperation and communication with the Department of Historic Preservation of the City of Karlovy Vary and NPÚ Loket.
