The object of the purchase is the supply of cylinders filled with inert gas Inergen type IG-541, intended for the existing fixed fire extinguishing installation within the Museum of the Country of Crișurilor Oradea - Museum Complex, as well as the provision of the necessary ancillary services for their installation and commissioning. The requested products consist of: • cylinders/cylinders compatible with the existing installation, loaded with Inergen extinguishing agent type IG-541, according to the technical requirements of the system; • flexible connections related to cylinders; • manometers for monitoring the pressure of the extinguishing agent; • drive devices and components necessary for the operation of the installation; • other connecting and mounting elements necessary to integrate the products into the existing system, as appropriate. The ancillary operations that are the subject of the contract include: • dismantling of existing cylinders and components to be replaced; • transport, handling and placement of the new cylinders at the location indicated by the contracting authority; • mounting and connecting the cylinders, flexible connections, pressure gauges and actuation systems to the existing installation; • performing checks regarding the tightness and proper functioning of the installed assembly; • putting the system into operation and confirming that the operating parameters fall within the values provided by the project and the technical documentation; • submission of compliance documents, quality certificates, declarations of compliance and other technical documents related to the supplied products; • training of the personnel designated by the contracting authority regarding the operation and monitoring of the replaced components; By providing the products and carrying out the mentioned ancillary operations, the Inergen IG-541 gas extinguishing installation will be returned to the designed operating parameters, ensuring the protection of the museum heritage, goods and people in the protected spaces. The contracting authority recommends the site visit by economic operators. The purpose of the visit is to allow the tenderers to obtain all the necessary information regarding the configuration of the existing installation, the number and positioning of the components, the access conditions, the installation conditions, as well as any other elements that may influence the execution of the contract.
