ACQUISITION OF BASIC BASKETS FOR THE SOCIAL FUND, EMERGENCY AID PROGRAM AND MANAGEMENT OF POSSIBLE BENEFITS. I. OBJECT: This tender is intended to establish a Price Registration System – SRP, for the acquisition of basic food baskets intended for granting occasional benefits to families and individuals in situations of temporary vulnerability, social risk, or in contexts of emergency and public calamity, as established by the Organic Law of Social Assistance (Law No. 8,742/1993) and CNAS Resolution No. 212/2006. The basic food baskets will also be intended to serve beneficiaries of the Municipal Work Front Program to Aid the Unemployed, as well as families that are in food and nutritional insecurity in the municipality assisted by the Social Solidarity Fund, according to specifications and quantities detailed in the Terms of Reference, an integral part of this Notice. 1.1. ESTIMATED QUANTITY: The estimated consumption is 1160 units of basic food baskets, 660 of which are Type 1 basic food baskets and 500 units of Type 2 basic food baskets, which may vary according to the demand presented by the responsible sector. 1.2. This Notice provides for ME/EPP RESERVED QUOTA ACCORDING TO LAW 147/14, Annex V. 1.3. The municipality will not issue the CONTRACT FOR PRICE REGISTRATION MINUTES document. Therefore, the following official documents will be issued and made available to everyone on our channels: ? MINUTES OF THE SESSION; ? APPROVAL AND AWARD TERM; ?
