Germany – Construction work – Revitalization of the historical cultural site “Kasino”, city of Melsungen

The construction project is located in the city center of Melsungen, on the corner of Rotenburger Str. 10 and Obere Mauergasse. The "Old Casino" with two floors plus an attic, built in 1838, was structurally modified in the 1970s. The part of the building from the mid-19th century, which is now a listed building, was expanded at the time to include an extension that, from today's perspective, is not structurally worth preserving, including a foyer, stage technology and a hall.
