Collection and management of municipal, construction and demolition waste in the Sędziszów Małopolski commune. Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Sędziszów Małopolski Commune in 2027.
The basic (guaranteed) order covers the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the Sędziszów Małopolski Commune from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, as well as waste from the liquidation of illegal landfills and doorstep collection. The quantity of waste that is the subject of the order is 4,571 Mg, divided into: a) mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) in the amount of 2,700 Mg b) segregated (selective) municipal waste excluding bio-waste (15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 07, 15 01 06, ex20 01 99) in the amount of 1600 Mg c) biodegradable waste, including food and kitchen waste (20/01/08, 20/02/01) in the amount of 180 Mg d) waste collected during a one-time door-to-door collection in the commune (area of all housing estates and villages), including: used electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large-size waste, used tires of passenger cars, motorcycles and bicycles and textiles in the amount of 90 Mg e) waste from the liquidation of illegal landfills in the amount of 1 Mg The municipal waste management service will be provided in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels: recycling and preparation for re-use of municipal waste, limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with applicable regulations.
