Consumable medical equipment for the needs of the Medical Rescue Services of the Karlovy Vary Region 2026-2028

The subject of the performance of a public contract within this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to § 131 et seq. ZZVZ between the contracting authority and one participant in the tendering procedure, on the basis of which the public contract for the supply of medical consumables for the needs of the Medical Ambulance Service of the Karlovy Vary Region will be awarded. The subject of the performance of the public contract awarded on the basis of the framework agreement is the supply of consumable medical equipment intended for the provision of pre-hospital emergency care, in accordance with the requirements of the call for tenders, in particular the Technical Specification annex, for a period of 2 years from the effective date of the framework purchase agreement. The subject of the performance of the public contract is divided into parts with regard to its nature, with the fact that the participant can submit an offer for one, the other, or both parts of the public contract.
