Pneumococcal vaccine for mandatory risk group vaccinations and for reserve containing 19A serotype antigen, Parts: 1-4 1.The subject of the contract is the supply of a Pneumococcal vaccine for the vaccination of persons who are at risk and for a reserve containing a 19A serotype antigen, on the basis set out in the terms of the TRL. 2. Total number (purchase quantity): 15 000 doses. 3.In selecting the most favourable tender, the contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase of a medicinal product by 20% or more of each of the parts of the tender, in case of exceeding the amount of the quantity intended to be used for the procurement or to meet the objective and reasonable needs, in particular the change in the demand for medicinal products among patients. 4.In accordance with Article 256 of the other contracts, the tendering authority may cancel the tender for the purchase, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Health Act, or in accordance to the provisions laid down in Article 247 of the Dental Health Act of 2024, or, if it does not intend to provide the necessary financial measures for the implementation of the measures provided for in Article 277 of this Act, if the public health and medical care provision of medicinal supplies is not made available to the public in accordance and in accordance, in line with the terms laid down by Article 24 of the Act of the Public Health Act on 7 July 2024, if it is not to be applied, or if it has been applied in accordance therewith the provisions set out therewith, in the provisions provided in Article 267 of Article 27 of the FD of the National Health Act (Financial Health Act).
