Introduction The Service Provider shall provide technical assistance for the establishment of a hydrological forecasting and warning system for the Neretva and Trebišnjica River Basin in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The assignment shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: establishment of coordination and cooperation mechanisms among responsible institutions; assessment and integration of relevant hydrological, meteorological and operational data sources; development and implementation of data collection and exchange systems; development and integration of forecasting tools, models and operational platforms; development of hydrological forecasting and warning procedures; testing, operationalization and handover of the forecasting system; delivery of workshops, training programmes and knowledge transfer activities; preparation of recommendations for long-term operation, maintenance and further development of the syst
