Romania – Protective gear – Goods intended for equipping intervention structures for 24 months

The Supply, Management and Repairs Base will conclude framework agreements for each batch for a period of 24 months, with a single economic operator, and the awarding of subsequent contracts will be carried out by the beneficiary penitentiary units. The subsequent contracts can be concluded simultaneously with the economic operators signatories of the framework agreements for the "Goods intended for equipping the permanent intervention groups" products, (lots) won, depending on the needs. The terms in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely
