This contract is a contract with obligation of means. The holder is deemed to have become aware of the configuration of the buildings, the destination of the places where he must intervene, the particular conditions of access linked to security and the specificity of the buildings. He will not subsequently be able to invoke a lack of knowledge of the premises to modify his price or claim additional remuneration from the university. The holder must provide information to his staff regarding the methods of carrying out the services to be carried out. The incumbent assumes management and responsibility for the execution of the services. He is entirely responsible for the equipment and personnel he makes available to the university. Named personnel are the only ones authorized to work in the establishment. These personnel must have the qualifications required to carry out the tasks entrusted to them. The holders intervention personnel are subject to:  The general provisions provided for by regulations and in particular those of the labor code, the rules applied to external personnel working on all sites: ban on bringing in any alcoholic beverage, ban on smoking during service regardless of the location and particularly in buildings and risk areas,  The obligation to wear, upon taking duty, clothing specific to the company. A copy of the personal file of all agents assigned to the site, even temporarily, must be produced and given to the University Security department. Before a new member of staff takes up their position on the site, the Holder will provide their complete file: name, first name, certificate of aptitude, certificate of training carried out, as well as all regulatory documents, including the prevention plan signed by this new agent. The holder will correct the original list of names. The UPVD campuses have ZRRs (restrictive regime zones), the identity documents of the agents called to intervene on these campuses will be provided to the authorities for verification and accreditation. Staff training is provided by the Holder, without service disruption. The holder must disseminate and pass on the prevention plan to the staff required to work on each site. The presence of interns is only authorized subject to written authorization from the University of Perpignan Via Domitia. The holder undertakes to immediately inform the administration of any difficulty encountered in carrying out the services likely to delay or compromise the progress of the contract.
