Contract Description
The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. The estimated electricity demand in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2028 is 46,632,022 kWh.
