Contract Description
The subject of the order are services commissioned by BGK consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument financing investments carried out in the Just Transition Area of the Łódź Voivodeship: Loan for investments in SMEs for transformation (hereinafter referred to as: Unit Loan / Loan). Details on the types of projects that may be financed are included in the "Metrics of the Financial Instrument - Loan for investments in SMEs for transformation" (hereinafter referred to as: Metrics) constituting an annex to the Draft Provisions of the Operating Agreement (hereinafter referred to as: PPU).
