Contract Description
The subject of the order is the transfer by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of the ownership of fixed assets in the form of storm sewage systems listed in Annex No. 1a to the application, constituting the property of Łódzkie Inwestycje Sp. z o. o. A detailed list of fixed assets in the form of storm sewage systems, along with the addresses of the properties, is included in Annex No. 1a to the Description of the subject of the order and in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement.
