- Clearing and removing the above-ground and underground infrastructure such as cables & pipes, greenery, paving; - Earthworks for laying cables & pipes, foundations for paving and planting areas; - Installing underground infrastructure such as electricity (ET), sewerage, water and data; - Installing above-ground infrastructure including paving, greenery, lighting and other site design. Underground networks to be removed: - approximately 1,000 m of sewerage - 0 m of water pipes - 400 m of ET low voltage. Underground networks to be installed: - approximately 650 m of sewerage - 50 m of water pipes - 1,000 m of ET low voltage. Paving to be removed: - 7,000 m2 of element paving. Paving to be constructed: - 6,500 m2 element paving. Greenery to be removed: to be determined. Landscaping to be constructed: to be determined.
