SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties according to economic principles, taking school interests into account, and leasing the more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- An existing administration building on the site of the Carl-von-Ossietzky-Gymnasium school site will be demolished. A 4-story addition and replacement building will then be built on the vacant construction site. The measure takes place parallel to school operations --------------- Here: Scaffolding --------------- Scaffolding work for the new building work on the site of the Carl-von-Ossietzky-Gymnasium; Müssenredder 59, 22399 Hamburg-Poppenbüttel. The resulting new building is to be clad with a facade scaffolding (approx. 3,310m²), with consoles (approx. 1,500m) with internal side protection. During the shell construction work, 60s consoles (approx. 660m) are planned at the height of the floor ceilings as fall protection. The new building has three roof levels of different heights. Facade surfaces rising from lower roof areas must also be scaffolded. As part of the timber construction work (external walls and facade), the console extensions must be rebuilt in sections. For periods of bad weather, a head enclosure (approx. 285m) of the facade scaffolding must be provided. Work platforms (from approx. 18m² to 60m²) must be provided in each of the four stairwells for the interior work in the ceiling area.
