Description & Project Overview
The subject of the Public Contract for the conclusion of the framework agreement will be the provision of regular and continuous road maintenance services under the management of the Contracting Authority, according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority as set out in the sub-contracts. The selected supplier will be obliged to ensure the comprehensive provision of the requested services, including the means and equipment needed to provide them, according to the Client's current needs. Routine maintenance includes basic summer and winter road maintenance according to Decree No. 104/1997 Coll., which is implemented by the Act on Roads, in particular the following activities: cleaning and repairing roads, railings and
