Description & Project Overview

Framework agreement for outpatient care services to care for people in need of care at the first contact point for Ukrainian refugees, Dachauer Straße 122, 80637 Munich The state capital of Munich has access to the initial contact point at Dachauer Straße 122 for initial care and further distribution of Ukrainian refugees. For this reason, an outpatient care service is required to care for the people concerned. The subject of the contract is a framework agreement with the state capital of Munich, social department. The framework agreement applies to all orders to be completed individually. Quantities stated in the service description or in the list of services are the estimated requirements for the entire contract term. The estimate is based on empirical values and offers no guarantee for future order volume. The estimated values do not justify a claim to a specific delivery quantity. The contractor has no right to demand under the framework agreement.
