The town of port hedland (toph) is seeking an authorised autodesk resellers for an initial three-year renewal of its existing autodesk software subscriptions, with the option for two further one-year renewals. the objective is to maintain uninterrupted access to the town’s current autodesk products while obtaining transparent, fixed pricing and efficient renewal administration.
provide an initial three-year renewal of the licences and subscriptions listed above, with the option for two further one-year renewals.
• confirm the autodesk product name, edition, licence type and quantity for each item.
• confirm subscription commencement and expiry dates.
• confirm the respondent is an authorised autodesk reseller.
• confirm the autodesk subscription benefits and entitlements included.
• provide fixed pricing for the initial three-year term, invoiced annually.
identify all reseller, administration or other fees.
• identify any changes to product names, editions, licence metrics, inclusions, exclusions or autodesk terms compared with the towns current arrangement.
• provide a clear escalation pathway for billing, provisioning and renewal administration issues.
• the town must be able to add new licences and adjust licence quantities during the agreement term, with any changes aligned to the annual renewal date and charged on a prorated basis.
