Delivery of medicines for the needs of MBAL Lozenets EAD under the Public Procurement Act, by separate items – part 11 The subject of the public contract is periodic delivery upon request of medicines for the needs of MBAL Lozenets EAD. The subject of the contract includes periodically recurring deliveries of medicines by 20 separate items by type and quantity, described in detail in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. 1.Pethidine 50 mg/ml - 2 ml 2.Tramadol 50 mg/ml - 2 ml 3.Tramadol 50 mg (caps) 4.Metamizole sodium 500 mg/ml - 2 ml 5.Paracetamol 10 mg/ml - 100 ml 6.Phenobarbital 100 mg/ml - 2 ml 7.Valproic acid 400 mg 8.Haloperidol 5 mg/ml - 1 ml 9.Amantadine 0.4 mg/ml - 500 ml 10.Diazepam 5 mg/ml - 2 ml 11.Midazolam 5 mg/ml - 3 ml 12.Dexmedetomidine 100 mcg/ml - 2 ml 13.Caffeine citrate 20 mg/ml - 1 ml 14.Piracetam 1 g/5 ml 15.Galantamine 5 mg (tabl) 16.Galantamine 10 mg (tabl) 17.Galantamine 5 mg/ml - 1 ml (amp) 18.Galantamine 10 mg/ml - 1 ml (amp) 19.Salbutamol 0,1 mg/dose - 200 doses 20.Beclometasone, formoterol 100 mcg/6 mcg/dose - 120 doses The participant may submit an offer for one, for several or for all separate items from the Technical Specification. The scope of the contract includes delivery to the hospital pharmacy of the Contracting Authority and unloading of the delivered quantity of medicines per request. The types and quantities of medicines indicated in Appendix No. 1 are estimated.
