The scope of the contract is the construction of streets and water supply, as well as the construction of retaining walls and pile slabs. The works are carried out in the street area with public traffic. The works must be carried out in such a way that public traffic is not endangered or unreasonably disturbed. The contract concerns the streets of Åminnenranta, Aavasaksanpolu, Vesikelkantie, Vionojantie, Pulkkatie, Uralinpolu, Rannikontie, Koikorvenpolu, Kurtinmäenkuja, Mulbynmäki, Viirukallionpolu, Kurtinmäentaipale, Kurtinmäentie, Åminnentie and Åminnenmäki. In addition, the area includes the terrain stairs between Arpaonnenkuja and Koikorvenpolu. A separate contract has been implemented for the VL area of the Ural slope. The rail connection works to the street (Åminnentie, Pulkkatie) will be completed in the street contractor. In addition, the contract includes the construction of the Grigor Auer path. The site is located in Kurttila district. It is a new park trail that connects to the street built in the northern part (Kaskimäki) and the park trail built in the southern part (Lambronpolku). In addition to the park path, the project will also build a storm water drain and the lighting of the path. The work area also includes work on intersecting and connecting streets and parkways to the extent required to connect the structures. At the site, trees are felled, ground cutting and excavation work is carried out, trenching work for water supply, steel piling walls, piling and pile slab work, pillar stabilization, filling of embankments and structural layers, as well as stone and asphalting work for the new street surface. Attention is also paid to the emission values of the natural stone materials used in the project. The contract uses the Infrakit project bank, data models and machine control.
