Multi-year open agreement (2026-2030) of services for the performance of nature management, forestry and nature restoration on the military domains located in the Flemish Region

The present public contract concerns a service contract for a period of 48 months, starting from notification of the contract, with regard to the maintenance, restoration and management of natural zones as well as the creation and maintenance of forest populations on the military domains involved (see Appendix C), in accordance with the conditions of these specifications and on the basis of partial orders. At least 90% of the assignment concerns performances in the military domains in the provinces of ANTWERP and LIMBURG, for a maximum of 10% performances can be ordered in the provinces of WEST and EAST FLANDERS and FLEMISH BRABANT. The presentation of the public concern and services for a period of 48 months, according to the notification of the march, in relation to the nature of the environment, the culture of the forests and the establishment of the military domains (see Annexe C), conforming to the conditions of the present CSCh and the basis of the commands partielles. With a minimum of 90% of the operations of the military domains of the provinces of ANVERS and LIMBOURG, a maximum of 10% of the operations of the provinces of FLANDRE, ORIENTALE, OCCIDENTALE and BRABANT-FLAMAND are commanded.
