Description & Project Overview
Works are needed to strengthen the existing electrical network owned by the network operator upstream of the connection point and to carry out general strengthening works to comply with the criterion with N-1 elements in operation in the 110 kV RED in the RER area, a new 110 kV LES will be built between the Medgidia Nord-Medgidia Sud stations, 8.4km long. The 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord transformer station is managed by Rețele Electrice Romania SA. The 400/110 kV Medgidia Sud transformer station is under the management of the CN Transport Operator
