Tonnage and maintenance of municipal green spaces 2026 for 4 years The price paid for these plots is a total intervention price and includes: - the mowing of all lawns including the collection and removal of mowed grass. - The communal park will be under construction in its lower part in 2026 and part of 2027. The quantities to be mowed during these works will be slightly less; however, the upper part of the park is only very little affected by these works. The contracting authority, for these reasons, requires a detailed maintenance of that part of a park. (Rehabilitation plan annexed) The plots are usually produced 10 times a year on a calendar to be drawn up by the Chief of the Technical Staff to the Centre and the Chief Operating Officer of the Centre.
1. General organization - Tones The attention of the contractor is drawn to the fact that the work is a service of public interest and that, in an emergency or need, the Head of Works of the Community Technical and Administrative Centre remains free to impose benefits on the contractual person outside specified dates. 2. Technical description All the tasks (± 10 per year) shall be carried out according to the schedule established by the Community technical and administrative centre. The area to be shaped is estimated at 2Ha. The following schedule is applicable outside any more precise and free schedule assigned by the Communal Technical & Administrative Center. A) TONTE EVACUTION The price to be submitted shall be the same as the amount of work performed without the intervention of the public. This is the case between the week of May 1st, July 1st and August 1st - September 1st.
