1. The subject of the order is to perform three campaigns of periodic repairs at the 4th level of maintenance of 14 electric multiple units of the ED74 series. 2. The contract award procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender pursuant to the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act" or "Pzp".
