Construction phase 1: School and after-school care building (approx. 85% of scope of services) - Vapour barrier on cross-laminated timber ceiling or emergency waterproofing approx. 1715m², - Flat roof insulation EPS 150kpa – approx. 1715m², - Bitumen waterproofing with base & top layer - approx. 1715m², - Green roof & gravel covering, - Sealing of roof installations, RA roof hatches, - Eaves gutter – 140m, - Rooflight with fixed & ventilation elements - 3 systems with 18 pcs, 18 pcs or 16 pcs each; Construction phase 2: Assembly hall/Foyer (15% scope of services) - Vapour barrier on cross-laminated timber ceiling or emergency waterproofing – approx. 550m², - Flat roof insulation EPS 150kpa – approx. 550m², - Bitumen waterproofing with base & top layer - approx. 550m², - Green roof & gravel covering.
