Contract Description
The current tender concerns the conclusion of a contract for the acquisition of New Client System designated NyX. The purpose of the tender is to create a quality boost in Denmark's Prisons' core business by implementing a new client system together with a new integration platform. In the new system complex, all relevant and up-to-date information will be available to the right employees. The new client system must replace the existing Client System in Denmark's Prisons, as well as ensure efficient, correct, legally compliant, data-supported and secure client administration and case processing with efficient workflows and better data quality.
