Description & Project Overview
Øystre Slidre municipality invites an open tender for services related to the new general assessment for property tax. The assignment includes assistance for the implementation of general valuation of properties in the municipality with effect from 2028. The procurement is divided into two sub-contracts: Part 1: Professional assistance for general valuation, including establishment and calibration of the valuation model, test valuation, training, quality assurance, random sampling, valuation of special properties as well as assistance with public inspection and complaint handling. Part 2: Valuation of energy facilities and power grids that form part of the municipality's property tax base, including documentation, quality assurance and assistance with public inspections and complaint handling. The tenderer can make an offer for one or both of the sub-contracts. The partial contracts are evaluated and awarded separately. The assignment must be carried out in close collaboration with the municipality, the expert valuation committee and the property tax office. Procurement process: 03.
