Internal identifier: V0296/2026 Title: Framework agreement for preventive treatments Description: The aim of this tender is to find a suitable contractor (AN) to conclude a framework agreement for occupational health inpatient preventative treatments in accordance with the Bremen Health Care Ordinance - BremHfV - for the officers of the police and fire departments of the city of Bremerhaven. The inpatient preventive treatments serve in particular to maintain the fitness for work of those entitled to medical care. Against this background, the service should be provided in suitable inpatient facilities that ensure a sufficient spatial distance from the regular work and living environment of those entitled to medical care. This is intended to support the stationary nature of the preventive treatment and, in particular, to avoid regular daily or weekend commuting. At the same time, the arrival and departure should remain reasonable for those entitled to medical care and should not cause disproportionate travel burdens or travel costs. The relevant requirements for the geographical location of the facility, in particular the intended distance range of at least 250 km to a maximum of 600 km from the reference location of Bremerhaven, result from Section 4.2 of this service description.
