HUS Kiinteistöt Oy has tendered for the procurement of discharges of harmful substances from hospitals and other premises within the HUS units area of activity. HUS Unit hospitals, and other offices are mainly located in the Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkä, Lohja, Porvo and Raasepor urban areas, but also operate on a small scale in other locations.The aim of the competition was to select five (5) contractors for the entire territory of the CFSP. The duration of the contract is two (2) years and the contract includes the option of one (1) two (2) year. The contractors selected under the framework scheme will always be awarded a competition (project-specific contract) for contracts above the national threshold, which will select the project contractor. The prices offered in the tender may not exceed the contract prices. However, contractors may offer lower prices.The contracting authority shall, in accordance with the terms of the contract, decide on the terms and conditions of the contracts to be awarded, in particular the terms, conditions and conditions to be fulfilled, and the conditions to which the contracting authorities are bound to apply.
