The existing parking garage at the Fraunhofer Institute Center Stuttgart (IZS) is currently not fully developed, so comprehensive measures for technical development are planned. In particular, the installation of a fire alarm system as well as a photovoltaic system and PVT photovoltaics and solar thermal energy in the hybrid module on the roof is planned.
