De huidige perceel betreft een raamovereenkomst met één onderneming voor de levering en plaatsing van ingerichte keuken in woningen van de Centrale Dienst voor Sociale en Culturele Actie van hetMinistry of National Defense (hereinafter also Def+) in the Flemish Region. PLOT 1: Flemish Region: 1373 homes – see addresses in the appendix 21031 – List of homes in Flanders. It concerns onecontract van 1 jaar met jaarlijks de mogelijkheid om de opdracht onder exact dezelfde voorwaarden stilzwijgend te laten verlengen en dit maximaal 3 keer (zie punt 2.5 van het bestek). De maximaalmogelijke waarde van het perceel 1 is 400.000€. De opdracht wordt van rechtswege beëindigd ofwel wanneer dit bedrag wordt bereikt ofwel wanneer de laatst mogelijke verlenging eindigt, naargelang heteerste wat gebeurt.
