Contract Description
The purpose of the contract is the contracting of the service of attention, monitoring and exploitation of ICT infrastructures of the University of Barcelona. The ICT functions of the Systems Operation Service included are: - Systems Administration and Operation Service. - Network and Communications Administration and Operation Service. - Database Service and Application Support. - Administration and integration of the monitoring platform.
