Systematic registration services in the Integrated System of Land Registers and Land Register of Stage 3 buildings - 246 UAT-hours, through the Regional Operational Programme - Major project on Enhancing the coverage and inclusion of the property registration system in rural areas of Romania The systematic registration services in the Integrated System of Land Register and Land Map of the buildings located in UAT Dorobanțu, Judet Calarasi. The estimated area of Lot 81: 6,869 ha. The main stages of providing systematic register services consist of: organising systematic cadastral works, land recognition, preparing the preliminary report, public information campaign, identifying the limits of the building, setting the limits for the buildings in the building area, preparation of the property data files, identification of the owners and collection of documents, preparations of the technical documentation of cadastrals, publication of the official technical document and rectification of cadastrual solutions, updating the cadastration documentation.
The estimated area of Lot 92: 9,749 ha.. The main stages of providing the systematic registration services consisted of: organising systematic cadastral works, land recognition, preparing the preliminary report, public information campaign, identifying the boundaries of the buildings, setting the boundary of the building located in the vicinity, setting limits of the vacant buildings, preparation of the property data sheet, identification of the landlord and the collection of the data, technical information of the technical documentation of cadastrals, the preparation and updating of the cadastrum documents, the public consultation of documents, rectification of cadastrual solutions.
