2. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive sales and distribution / transmission of gas fuel to the facilities of the Nursery Complex of the capital city of Warsaw. Warsaw. The list of branches and data regarding the branches are attached as Annex 3.2 to the SWZ. The price calculation is attached as Annex 3.1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor undertakes to supply group E gas fuel at a pressure of not less than 1.6 kPa to the installations located in the above-mentioned facilities and to transfer ownership of the gas fuel delivered to the Ordering Party. 4. The quality standards of gas fuel are described in §38 and 43 of the Minister's Regulation
