ROAD WORKS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANARY SUR MER Roads operations for an amount greater than €150,000 excluding tax and less than or equal to €3,000,000
The contract is the multi-awardee framework agreement with subsequent contracts. The number of economic operators selected will be three (3), subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers. Subsequent contracts will be awarded as the need arises. Subsequent contracts will be ordinary contracts. The place of performance of the services will be specified in the specific clauses of each subsequent contract which will be awarded on the basis of the framework agreement. In any case, the missions will concern an operation or several operations located within the perimeter of the town of Sanary-sur-Mer. The specific administrative clauses (CCAP) defines the terms of re-competition at the stage of the subsequent contract(s) as well as the contours of the principle of obligation to respond.
