Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the purchase of data on sales of 11 groups of selected types of food (1 - butter, 2 - semi-fat preserved milk, 3 - white yogurt, 4 - flavored yogurt, 5 - chicken eggs class M, 6 - chilled chicken, 7 - packaged pork leg, 8 - packaged pork neck, 9 - packaged pork shoulder, 10 - packaged consumer apples also unpackaged and 11 - potatoes for consumption late packaged and unpackaged) with a distinction of origin in the Czech Republic and abroad for December 2025 and January to November 2026 by month (hereinafter also "subject of public contract" or "subject of performance"). A detailed description of the subject of performance is given further in the procurement documentation and especially in its annexes, specifically in Annex No. 1 – Binding Draft Contract (hereinafter also referred to as the "Draft Contract").
