The subject of the order is D&O insurance with a coverage amount of EUR 50 million per insured event and for all insured events in an insurance period combined. The insurance benefit is advertised in a “netised” form. This means that no commissions or brokerage fees should be explicitly taken into account in the offer (without insurance tax and free of brokerage fees). The Agrarische Rentenbank aims to award the framework contract exclusively to insurance companies; Brokers are expressly not permitted. A framework contract is advertised for a maximum term of 4 years (= max. 4 insurance periods). After 4 years at the latest, the contract will be advertised again across the EU. The insurance period begins on October 1st, 2026, 12:00 noon and ends on October 1st, 2027, 12:00 noon. The insurance is automatically extended by 1 year unless canceled at least three months before the end of the respective insurance period. The division of the lots is as follows: Lot 1 D&O basic insurance, with a coverage amount of EUR 25 million (insurance, alternatively co-insurance). Within the lot there are the following options for achieving the insured amount: - 100% insured amount - 60% insured amount (leadership) - 40% insured amount (participation) Lot 2: Excess insurance, with an insured amount of EUR 25 million (insurance alternatively co-insurance) Within the lot there are the following options for achieving the insured amount: - 100% insured amount - 60% coverage (leadership) - 40% coverage (participation)
