1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a task called: Construction of a three-story modular building intended for medical activities on the premises of the Nowowiejska Hospital at ul. Nowowiejska 27 in Warsaw - in the design and build formula. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the annexes to this SWZ, i.e. in particular: Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Functional and Utility Program (FFU) with annexes, Annex No. 11 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the contract. 3. The implementation of the task will be covered by co-financing after obtaining a subsidy from the Masovian Voivodeship. 4. The subject matter of the order includes the following scope: 1) Scope 1 - Design works; 2) Scope 2 – Construction works; 3) Scope 3 - Purchase, delivery and installation of equipment: a) medical equipment; b) non-medical equipment; c) IT equipment with the necessary software and licenses.
