Description & Project Overview
Subject of performance of the public contract: a) Processing of EIA documentation (hereinafter referred to as "EIA documentation") in accordance with § 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on environmental impact assessment, as amended. The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the DPS. b) Preparation of project documentation for construction permits for transport infrastructure (DPS) in the BIM mode, which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the planning permit procedure, obtain a valid planning permit (construction permit) in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"),
