The assignment consists of both the management and the implementation of Youth Mental Healthcare transport. Directing means drawing up the trip planning, trip registration, complaint handling and (daily) operational communication with parents, young people and treatment locations and tactical and strategic communication/provision of information to the Client. This concerns approximately 75 young people per year.
