The purpose of this auction is to Hire a specialized company to provide a license to use an electronic platform for the management of water supply, sewage and solid waste management services, in the Software as a Service (SaaS) modality, made available in a cloud computing environment (cloud computing), comprising implementation services, data migration, training, technical support and updates, as well as the provision of professionals to perform in-person (on-site) operational services, including computerized reading of water meters, issuance and delivery of invoices, delivery of documents, inspection of water and sewage connections, disconnection and reconnection, in accordance with the conditions, specifications and requirements established in the notice, terms of reference and other annexes. The solution must necessarily include its own integrated modules for water supply, sewage and solid waste management services, allowing registration, commercial, financial, operational and service order management, according to the particularities of each public service provided by the Authority.
