Description & Project Overview
This contract is a single-awarder framework agreement executed by purchase orders within the meaning of articles R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code and subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 2018-1074 of November 26, 2018 and its implementing decree No. 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018 executed at mixed prices (lump sum and unit).
