The subject of this contract is the supply of diesel fuel in a total quantity of 4500 m3 for MZK sp. z o.o. in Opole. The supplies include standard diesel fuel in a quantity of not less than 4000 m3 and diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties in a quantity of up to 500 m3, for powering compression-ignition engines in urban public transport buses meeting EURO V and EURO VI emission standards. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of purchased standard diesel fuel up to the level of the total quantity in the event of a decrease in the Contracting Authoritys demand for diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties. The total quantity of diesel fuel may be decreased or increased (type of option) during the term of the contract, in connection with the needs of the Contracting Authoritys enterprise regarding possible changes in the operation of the transport system (circumstances for exercising the option). Quantitative changes will result in a change of the gross value of the contract, constituting the sum of the amounts indicated in § 6 sec. 7 and 8 of the contract, by the value resulting from the option right, however not more than by +/- 20% of the total transaction price (maximum option value). In the event of quantitative changes to the diesel fuel, the unit prices specified in § 6 sec. 3 and 6 of the contract shall not change.
